Black soap is a handmade soap, known for being gentle and alleviating skin ailments, that has been used for centuries throughout Western Africa. It consists of a naturally-derived emollient combined with the nutrient-rich ashes of native African plant materials. It is used on the face, body and hair. Currently, we make our black soap from the original African recipe by replacing plantain ashes with more accessible cocoa ashes, as well as by adding essential oils, herbs or dried flowers.
It’s made from pure plants extracts that gently cleanses the face, removing sunburn or preventing sunburn, oil and dirt. It offers anti-bacterial functions thereby preventing the development of pimples that occur due to build up and clogging of pores. Its hypoallergenic constant allows the p-h valve of 5.5 encouraging natural protective mantles and takes biological action against bacteria causing acne.
It is also completely all natural made from pure herbal extracts that gently exfoliates and removes dark, dull and dry pigmented upper layer of the skin, leaving the skin brighter, smoother and soft within just a few days and by using this product your saying goodbye to dark spots, pimples, marks, blemishes and acne pores.
