Product Orders and Reviews
When visitors leave reviews or place an order on our site, we collect the data shown in the checkout form or review form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your review or comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a review on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
How long will we retain your data?
If you leave a review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up reviews automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (ihepsut.com), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. They can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information if they need help with that.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site or have left reviews in the past, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Our store is hosted on smartweb servers, they provide us with a server environment to run our robust online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Smartweb’s data storage, databases, and the general Smartweb application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our online payment partners stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only if necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 6: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
